『Restaurant B・B・R』

Tucked away in a quiet residential area of Uruma City, Restaurant B・B・R is a hidden gem serving French cuisine. The calm, refined atmosphere and courses prepared with Okinawan vegetables, fruits, meats, and seafood make this spot a local favorite.

One standout dish is the appetizer salad, a plate filled with colorful vegetables that delights both the eyes and the palate. The carefully prepared meats and fish are also locally sourced. Despite the quality and luxury of the courses, the pricing remains surprisingly reasonable.

Guests can also purchase the chef’s original creation: a French-style stew made with collagen-rich pork skin and papaya, packaged for enjoyment at home with bread or rice. This restaurant is highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy seasonal Okinawan ingredients in French-inspired cuisine.
